My favourite Vegas hotels

There are so many big hotels in Vegas, and there is something worth seeing in each one. They are attractions within themselves! I’ve never been to such flashy, massive hotel, with everything in there you could need – casinos, restaurants, shops! Here is my ranking:

1. The Palazzo

This is the hotel we stayed in, and it was so opulent and beautiful. The swimming pool is wonderful, with a great view as it is set up high! The rooms were gorgeous, with big glass windows for us to view the sunrise when we woke up at 5am due to jet lag.

2. The Venetian

The Venetian is a sister hotel to the one I stayed, The Palazzo. They are connected, and you can easily roam from one to the other without having to go outside. While I loved the Palazzo, the Venetian had the edge for me! Complete with a gondola ride and fake St Mark’s square, everything emulated the real Venice. It was beautiful. The gondola ride was my favourite activity I did in any of the hotels. The outside of the Venetian hotel looks like a large Italian tower, with an outside canal.

3. The Parisian

They really nailed this one. Everything in this beautiful hotel screamed FRENCH! The shop fronts are ornate, with French details, the floor mimics cobblestones, and they have an Eiffel Tower that you can go up! The view from the top is brilliant, I highly recommend it. There’s even a fake Arc de Triomphe.

4. Caesar’s Palace

Caesars Palace is a Rome-themed hotel, and it’s massive! So many shops, so many restaurants. I honestly think you could spend all day there. The highlight of Caesar’s Palace is the mock-Trevi fountain in the middle of all the shops. I just loved the Italian look of the hotel, with it’s white stone, pillars and sculptures.

5. The Luxor

The Luxor is an Egyptian themed hotel , and has a great atmosphere! It’s easy to spot because the main part of the hotel forms a pyramid made of black glass, whilst a massive sphinx sculpture guards the entrance. Inside, we were loving the Egyptian details, such as hieroglyphics carved into the walls.

6. The Bellagio

Not only does this hotel put on a fountain show multiple times a day, but the insides are very interesting too! It blends together class with quirkiness perfectly. It’s Italian themed, but while we were there they had a sea-life installation!

7. New York New York

Obviously this one is New York themed. The outside is unmistakable, as they have built the New York skyline, Empire State building and all! They also have a massive roller coaster that runs around the outside of the hotel. This hotel has a Brooklyn Bridge model outside it, so have an explore!

8. The Wynn

This modern hotel is next to the Palazzo, and the interiors are modern and quirky too – when we were there, flower sculptures decorate the space! Outside the hotel are dancing fountains. It was so fun to watch them dance t the music, especially when ‘Be Our Guest’ came on!
